Rincon Ventures operates a highly paced office that requires individuals that can multi-task and work well with deadlines. We stress the details but most importantly we enjoy what we do, creating a fun work place. We are always looking to expand to better serve our clients. Below you can see some of the positions we use in our office.

Office Staff

This position is often the glue that holds us together. Duties include answering phones, filing, recording payments, tenant relations and general customer service. A Real Estate License in the State of Arizona is preferred however, not required. This is an hourly paid position.

Leasing Agent

Leasing agents handle signing of new leases, showing of properties, walk out inspections and extensions. They also handle phone calls from tenants regarding maintenance and lease questions. This is a commission based position, with an aggressive plan and large earning potential.

Real Estate Agent

Rincon offers one of the best commission structures in Tucson. With our Training staff and mentoring program, every agent has the tools they need to succeed in today's market. From the new agent to the highly experienced agent, Rincon has a place for you that will help you flourish.
