Esthela is a native of Arizona and graduated from Salpointe Catholic High School. She was a non-commissioned officer for the Tucson Police Department and called the department her home for 7 years. Esthela graduated from Hogan School of Real Estate in 2005 and became a licensed Realtor in 2007. She joined the Rincon Ventures Family in 2010 after meeting Broker Shaun McClusky on the local political campaign trail; and plans to call Rincon Ventures her permanent home for Real Estate and Property Management. Esthela lives in the northeast part of Tucson with her 2 vivacious daughters, Veronica and Trinity, where they practice the belief that every day should be a celebration.
